When you arrive in Zakynthos island, please contact us to confirm your pick up time and inform us about your hotel and your room number.
You can cancel your reservation and have all your money refunded in case of an accident or a serious medical problem, as long as you can prove it with papers from doctor.
If the tour is cancelled with our responsibility or because of weather you can take full refund or you can change to another date.
In case you are not able to participate in the tour then you can give your tickets to someone else of yours and inform us about the name change.
